Stepping out for one of the entertainment industry’s biggest nights of the year, Michelle Williams was spotted at the 84th Annual Academy Awards this evening (February 26)
Tonight, Michelle - who wore a red Louis Vuitton gown with Fred Leighton jewels and a pink crocodile clutch - will compete against Glenn Close, Viola Davis, Rooney Mara, and Meryl Streep for the Best Actress in a Leading Role Oscar. Her “My Week with Marilyn” costar Kenneth Branagh is up for Best Supporting Actor.
Meanwhile, films with multiple nods include “Hugo” with 11 nominations, “The Artist” with 10 chances for greatness, and “Moneyball” and “War Horse” with six mentions each.
The 84th Academy Awards honors the best and brightest in the film industry and is hosted by past favorite Billy Crystal.
